CoachRoost opens private preview to a first group of coaches

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - CoachRoost today opened a private preview of its communication-first team management platform to a first group of volunteer coaches, ahead of a wider public launch later this year.

The preview is invite-only and limited to a small number of teams, so the CoachRoost team can work closely with early coaches and shape the product around how they actually run a season. It is free for the coaches taking part.

CoachRoost brings scheduling, RSVPs, rosters, and parent messaging into one place, with calendar sync, quiet hours, and customizable email templates built in. It is designed around the household, so a parent with several kids on different teams manages everything from a single login, and a seven-year-old never needs their own email address or password.

"We started CoachRoost because the tools that existed made it genuinely hard to keep up, and nobody seemed to love any of them," said a CoachRoost spokesperson. "A private preview is how we make sure the first version is something coaches and families actually enjoy using."

Coaches interested in joining are invited to request access at coachroost.com/contact.
