Our story
Founded March 2026.
CoachRoost started with our own frustration. Existing tools made it genuinely hard to keep up.
As parents and coaches, what surprised us most was that nobody actually loved any of the products out there. Families tolerated them at best. The apps were cluttered, and some even ran advertisements at parents who were just trying to find out what time the game started.
So we set out to build something different: an experience that parents, coaches, and players genuinely love to use. No ads, no busywork, just the team, organized.
We think we’ve built a really great product, and we hope you think so too.
What we believe
Youth sports run on volunteers, and they deserve tools that respect their time. Communication comes first: schedules, RSVPs, rosters, and messaging in one place, and the basics stay free forever for the coaches who power it all.
